It is wonderful to see all the great things Thamichhow Youth Group is doing in the community.  I’d personally like to thank them for their efforts to preserve and promote the Sherpa culture, language and religion by organizing various events throughout the year.  Along with the traditional and cultural aspects, Thamichhow Youth Group also plays a key role in emphasizing the importance of modern education and understanding of the globalized world. This is also evident through their sporting events such as table tennis and volleyball competitions and educational activities such as Clean Up programs and excursions. Thamichhow Youth group sets a good example to today’s youth.
